Texas Therapy Pros was founded out of a simple frustration: the contract therapy industry was full of agencies that treated clinicians like contractors and facilities like accounts. Nobody was focused on the relationships that actually make good care possible.
We started small — one company, one region, one commitment. To be the therapy partner that facilities and patients in West Texas actually deserve: responsive, experienced, and genuinely invested in outcomes.

Troy is a licensed Physical Therapist with both a Masters and Doctorate degree in physical therapy and has over 25 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing and home health settings across West Texas. After seeing firsthand how coverage challenges affected patient outcomes, he founded Texas Therapy Pros to create a different kind of therapy partner — one built on accountability, transparency, and genuine care for the communities it serves. Troy is directly involved in every partnership and is always available to facilities and staff who need him.
