Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
We provide full service rehabilitation in the SNF setting. By contracting with us, SNFs are able to eliminate the headache of recruiting, staffing, and maintaining a therapy department. Home Health
We also provide therapy services in the comfort of your own home. After discharging from a hospital or rehabilitation center, therapy services are often needed in the home health setting. Our specialties include post-operative rehab for total knee and hip replacements, pre-cardiac rehab to prepare for outpatient cardiac rehab, and fall prevention programs to maximize the safety and independence of you and your loved ones.
